From the test drive to the decision, it was very swift from my end. Unfortunately, the delivery wait was not and was much longer than I wanted, however, Jasmin Rice kept me constantly updated throughout and I cannot thank her enough.

Phil, the service advisor who dealt with me from start to finish, was most pleasant, helpful and obliging in organising taxis to meet my commitments. He explained fully why the process was so torturous but his hands were tied by the 'system'

Car was due first oil change and had an all round safety check. Video of check was sent to my phone. Complementary wash was included.

Before my appointment I was contacted asking if I wanted my vehicle valued whilst it was at the service centre. When I booked it in I mentioned it to the service representative but no valuation was carried out a bit disappointing

There were some issues at the collection (delayed paperwork/video) but when I emailed to ask they followed up promptly to resolve.

I was asked to come in early as it is a very quick (less than 30 mins) so moved meetings to free up time in the afternoon. I was then sat for over three hours when the work was only done because I reminded them again. I felt unimportant and forgot.
