Easy to order the M3 Touring, kept informed of developments and delivery dates. Very smooth handover process, made that little bit special by having the car revealed from under a cover! Again, friendly helpful staff. A great experience.

Very satisfied, bit of a delay picking the car up with the DVLA website crashing but that can happen. The delivery time was communicated to me clearly which was nice, with biweekly updates

All staff that I spoke to on the day were very professional and friendly. Joe at the service desk was very helpful and efficient and I hope that he is appreciated by the Ocean group managers as staff of that calibre are very very difficult to find

I was pleased with the MOT and service but did have to chase up for information regarding my electircal charging issue as they couldn't provide that when I picked up the car. The vehicle inspection reminder wasn't updated in the car.
