From the test drive to the decision, it was very swift from my end. Unfortunately, the delivery wait was not and was much longer than I wanted, however, Jasmin Rice kept me constantly updated throughout and I cannot thank her enough.

I would be unfair to mark this score lower; the buying experience was almost perfect. Tayler has the potential to become excellent. I would suggest additional time is deployed on vehicle familiarisation; there appears to be endless admin.

Phil, the service advisor who dealt with me from start to finish, was most pleasant, helpful and obliging in organising taxis to meet my commitments. He explained fully why the process was so torturous but his hands were tied by the 'system'

Before my appointment I was contacted asking if I wanted my vehicle valued whilst it was at the service centre. When I booked it in I mentioned it to the service representative but no valuation was carried out a bit disappointing

There were some issues at the collection (delayed paperwork/video) but when I emailed to ask they followed up promptly to resolve.

I was asked to come in early as it is a very quick (less than 30 mins) so moved meetings to free up time in the afternoon. I was then sat for over three hours when the work was only done because I reminded them again. I felt unimportant and forgot.

Toby at Ocean was his usual friendly self. He clearly explained the steps he was taking as he checking the car in. I was able to do work for one of my charity roles using complimentary WiFi. I also left with a nice clean car.

My car was returned to me with all that i had requested completed to my satisfaction, including the valeting of my car. On two previous occasions, i had requested the inside of the windscreen be cleaned, which had not been done to my satisfaction.

Due to low tyre tread 3 tyres were advised they needed replacing soon. The price quoted was £100 higher for the rear tyre than one replaced last year. Having sourced a quote from elsewhere I was able to have 4 replaced for much cheaper than Ocean

I was told if I got there early for my 8.30am appointment a MOT should take up to 2 hours. I arrived at 8am. I finally got my car back and left at nearly 2pm - over 5 hours!

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. However it wasn't without issues from trying to book in and get a price , to the long booked loan car not being available, they forgot about the recall they had told me about, no service video ever came

Whilst the staff were extremely helpful and you did clean the car unfortunately the factory recall to replace the EGR cooler wasn't carried out as you didn't have the part. It's a shame you hadn't realised this and rescheduled before we travelled

Loved the "transparency" of the video that I received whilst waiting in the waiting area. I was well "watered" with coffee, as I waited. I also loved and took advantage of the opportunity to pay my bill in stage payments at 0% interest! Great idea.

No phone call, plus I had to ring, then was way later than promised despite booking 4 weeks ahead. Worse issue was piles of grass and dust all over inside of inner wing and engine from a filter I guess. I always polish under my bonnet :)

Very annoyed to be charged over £100 top up due to an error when our service plan was changed from our previous car. Dates were not altered so wouldn't be enough money in account to cover service until Oct when previous car would be due a service.
