Car booked in to only main dealership in the area to rectify fault with aircon (no cold air in car). Fault still present after 4 days of investigation, spending over £1,000 on unecessary parts and close to £500 on labour, all plus VAT. Very unhapy.

The BMW X1 information screen shuts down in hot weather. The garage has been unable to cure this fault. Today again in hot weather the screen has shut down. When covered and cooled down it re started. These units must work in other hot countries.

My car was booked in for all day I asked if it could be ready by noon as I had a medical appointment at the hospital and I'd have to make a third trip to Plymouth if it wasn't. It went in first and was ready by noon. Excellent customer service!
