They went over & above any expectation you may have of the service you'd expect to receive from a premium brand. Having arrived on the back of a recovery truck, they really provided a premium service that shames the "home" BMW centre I use in Milton

Air bag recall was done extremely well. However very disappointed that my BMW warranty did not cover the repair to my electric roof mechanism. The quote of over £700.00 to replace the plastic cover was extraordinary expensive. So not completed.

I am not an expert and my vehicle needed an MoT certificate so I had to accept the findings and pay for a new tyre. I wish I had asked to keep the old tyre because I still feel it can't be right if it was so difficult to identify the cut and thread.

My Service Adviser (Phil Oxenham) has been great throughout clear with communication. My dissatisfaction comes from the recall part not being available when booked in and then having a filthy car retuned after having a full service carried out.

Car booked in for issue with noise from AC unit, rear light diagnosed and temporarily fixed by roadside BMW recovery, brake fluid service. Lights fix took 3 days. AC noise not addressed - told by Alex would phone to rebook me which they never did.

I took my wife's car in for an MOT and possible repair to the softtop. Ocean also needed to carry out 2 recalls. The work took longer than expected and I had to return the next day. They lent me a car to enable me to get home, free of charge.

Dean Braddon's approach for me was perfect. He was straight forward and honest and important for me, not pushy. Having ordered car, Dean emailed me with updates. He explained tech on vehicle very clearly and has followed up with email & photo.
