Ocean, Plymouth kept me up to date during the time the car was being checked and arranged a taxi home for me when it was clear that the re-programming of the on board computer would not be completed on Day 1. Ocean Plymouth also had me collected the

Overall good service. I had arranged to wait for my vehicle but received a text message whilst sat in the waiting are, rather than a service advisor coming over to advise me. At no point was I given a progress update. Music too loud.

Scheduling the work after delveing my car it took considerabling longer than i had expected. I parked my car by the workshop drop And my car was not ready for 3 hrs due to a busy worshop. I had expected this work to be completed by 1hr.

Was not happy with how my car was scheduled for its MoT, I booked it over 4 months in advance and was put at the back of queue and told I would have to wait as other customers were ahead of me, which I felt was not a fair explanation.

It's helpful to have the video of the health check. Pleased that Richard calls to talk through any unexpected work and that requests to help with initial quote costs are considered seriously. Every little helps at the moment.

My car had a rattling noise. An incorrect diagnosis was made and unnecessary work undertaken resulting in the car being in the workshop longer and requiring a more experienced technician to diagnose the issue. The rattle issue was rectified.

On arrival I met with Phil who explained my service. I had asked to wait for my car, I received my vehicle health check followed by Phil bringing my MOT certificate, he advised me that the brake fluid would be done and car ready on time!

Warning light on car saying break fluid needs service or topping up. They engineer picked up on two front tyres being replaced. Nothing about break fluid. Was told car was ready to collect. Tyres done but break fluid not. So waited another day.

No service problems, smooth and positive, cheerful and efficient. Only quibbles are environmental - the musak is jarring, the waiting area seats very low, with no option of higher seating for the less athletic, and patchy lighting in the area.

I waited for my vehicle and when I collected it asked if the engineer had identified any issues. The receptionist did not know. In addition I received no paperwork at all. Rather, here are your keys..

I requested a new key. I was given completely inaccurate information, the person on the desk didn't research it properly. Hence it has been delayed as I now have to return to the garage over an hour away. Also an ac clean wasn't done as asked.
