My car came in for a starting motor recall. When I collected it the paintwork was scratched from being washed and my lock and wheel nut is missing most likely removed by the garage, so in turn i can't get my tyre changed on a bank holiday.

My car came in for a recall. I wasn't told exactly what happened during the recall i.e. whether anything was replaced or not. I guess it doesn't matter but it would've been nice to know. The staff were very nice and friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The garage have seriously damaged my paintwork when washing the car. I've emailed the CEO and Head of Business and have had no response at all - I'm now speaking to the motor ombudsman and taking legal advice.

Check in was efficient. My courtesy car was ready and a pleasure to drive. The service was carried out in a shorter period than estimated. If having a car serviced can be called pleasurable then this was.

I always rave, to my wife, how customer conscious you are when I visit. Offer coffee etc. When my wife picked car up the receptionist just pointed her over to the service dept. She is looking for car and she liked the M5 but no sales person around

Asked to have oil topped up didn't happened. Asked to have a look at my software about Apple Maps with no help. Was quoted £105 with brake fluid change was charged £118 when asked about the difference never replied.

You would have been given the 5 stars had you put the seat back where it was when I brought it in. I find changing seat positions, particularly in the Z4, quite difficult.

Marc was excellent with my X3 warranty problem. He wanted the car all day and arranged the taxi back home for me and when the car was ready he got the taxi to pick me up and take me back to Ocean bmw.

I booked my vehicle in to have a service saying that I had to leave by 14.00. I indicated three times about the time constraint and dropped the car off at 10.30. The car was not ready until 14.35 which made me late for the school run. Not impressed !

I took my two month old car in to rectify the issues but it came back to me with no changes! I did call the person who has sold the car to me which calls Josh and he said he will get back to me with this and he still hasn't after three weeks.

Good customer service, not kept waiting. My only gripe was a bubble in the wall of a tyre. Is that BMW's fault? Poss not, but I find it suspicious as the last time my car was in there, the same thing happened? Is it because of a ramp or something?

Had to rebook in as originally had a courtesy car booked in on the wednesday and advised I would need from 7.30am but no car was available when I attended at this time causing us to rebook and obtain our own transport for the rebook date.

A couple of points, Had to ring up to find if it had been repaired and once told it was ready then had to wait in the showroom for it to be washed. Once washed I found it to be in excellent condition and the service department had done a good job.

No communication, I was left sitting and waiting for 2.5 hours, I was told on arrival 1.5 hour wait. Why didn't anyone come to me to say that my car was ready? It was my first time with you and left the building so angry.

Check in was easy, it was just a basic service without any additional issues and we were told it would be ready in 90 minutes. Unfortunately it took an hour longer than that but not for any reason of additional work needing to be done.
