Good, personable customer service. Kept up to date on a frequent basis. It was nice to receive a follow up call after we had taken delivery of the car to say that customer service doesn't end after delivery of vehicle.

Every issue I reported was identified and sorted. Although one of the issues was highlighted when I bought the car from another approved dealer 5 years ago, it was never fixed. Happily, it is now sorted.

I was pleased with the MOT and service but did have to chase up for information regarding my electircal charging issue as they couldn't provide that when I picked up the car. The vehicle inspection reminder wasn't updated in the car.

Arrived pm without an appointment at the delearship with a flat battery after getting a jump start. The service staff managed to squeeze me in that afternoon fitting a new battery and coding it. Can only give top marks for the service I received.

Extremely satisfied. Car was recalled for an EGR valve inspection twice last year while waiting for the part. Found a problem with rebooting the head unit and after a week was replaced free of charge. EGR valve replaced and £100 gift pack received.
