I was well looked after
Advised I change brake pads but did not inform me that they were acceptable at 3mm. As I will be changing cars soon, this was an service. Not really very happy about not being provided all the details as 3mm is legal and acceptable as informed.

The service was a great standard. However, I do have concerns regarding the electrical system on the vehicle. There have been several faults on the vehicle in the last 11 months.

I was quoted a time for completion of all the work, but there was a cancellation and the remainder of my service was expedited and I was informed that all had been done almost two hours before the anticipated time. EXCELLENT.

Everything went smoothly. The major fault was identified and put right. . However my views are slightly coloured by the outcome of the service in Nov' 2018 when I reported the same fault
Service department was not a positive experience but having said that my situation is somewhat different to most considering the distance I have to travel to Ocean after having a bad experience at another garage. An apology was made I accepted that.

Courtesy car, collection and response was good. I simply do not understand why diagnostics cannot be done from onboard computer to speed things along. The computer knows there is a fault so why do we need to bring it to the garage to be told?

The only issue was that the deposit was listed as £500 cheaper than it should have been, we were contacted after we had paid the deposit and informed of the error.
Service has been polite and efficient at each stage of the test drive and purchase discussions.
The sales exec I dealt with (Honey Warner) was so incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was offered an extended test drive which made my mind up for me. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, in terms of the deal.
