Very helpful staff (Andy Knaggs in Sales and Manager Andy Arnold) with clear explanations of all aspects of purchasing the vehicle, efficient handover experience and offer to have follow up calls or visits if I have any questions with my new car.

Reported customer defect proved difficult to repair and took longer to fix than originally expected. However, Service Team kept me well informed throughout the repair, explaining both the technical and logistical issues throughout.
