The level of customer service within the service dept is in stark contrast to the sales dept, attitudes from some male members are condescending and unhelpful. Simple issues still unresolved. Love my car but don't like coming to Ocean Plymouth.

As always very polite service from everyone I dealt with at Ocean. The cost gives good value due to the length of time between services, and I know my car will be running perfectly when it leaves your workshop.
Confusing invoice I the service was only to check that there were no warranty concerns Similar checks on previous BMWs were FOC I would not have had it done if I knew I was to be charged, the checks I asked for certainty should have been FOC
The service department were fantastic sorting out a warranty issue. They kept me informed on what was going on and were very clear on wait times.
Once again Ocean BMW Plymouth provided a terrific service for my vehicle, and for myself when waiting to log my vehicle in to and to pick it up later from Ocean Plymouth.
I don't trust Ocean. I was charged run flat tyres although Ocean say it is not possible to use run flat tyres with the car I bought. After having so many problems with a new car, I am not satisfied to be told "sorry, you are just unlucky"
It was supposed to be a waiting appointment and and wife and 4 month daughter waited from 1330 to 1800 for the car

I had an unexpectedly large bill to pay, but I trust that all the work was necessary and completed to the highest standard. The staff I spoke to both on the phone and in the office were very approachable and understanding.
As I was very fortunate to deal with one technician all the time - who was outstanding - it wouldnt be fair to judge the whole experience in terms of Ocean overall. In terms of the technician, he deserves far more than 10 for his personal attention!
Because of the professional way in which they meet and greet me. Always seem to have time to talk to me, and I like that. It comes over as being interested in their customers long after the purchase of a new vehicle.

Andrew was awesome, could not fault his customer service. The only issue I had, was that it took too much time when I was dropping off my car, as Andrew said "the computer system was slow"
The work was carried out as requested.
Could do with changing the reception experience, it's not clear that you have to 'report' to it before you approach the service or sales area. Maybe turn the desk through 90% with sign 'Please Report Here' that can be seen as you come thro' the door
I have not given higher because I asked for the car to be washed and it wasn't,so I was told they would ring me the following work day but they did not and that was over 2 weeks ago ?

Friendly efficient sales person who goes the extra mile.
Car was serviced quickly, returned clean, staff were courteous and helpful.
The service dept. at Ocean Plymouth are excellent. Though there was a problem with the connected drive it wasn't their fault. They kept me informed and did all the phoning and agreeing with the other parts of the company. Many thanks to all concerned

Response to call out request and the remedial work were handled promptly but I had to alter a trailer wiring loom connection afterwards to achieve a working trailer board.
Service was completed satisfactorily for the price quoted and a car was provided so I could carry on with my day.
My wife had to wait for around 4 hours before the car was ready
Arranged for a new part to be fitted under warranty with a 20 day wait for appt. However, on arrival the part was not at the service centre so I had to leave overnight. Went back following day to collect car and still not done. Had to wait 2 hours.
Excellent service and kept me updated on progress.

Brought car in on a Monday. Didn't request a courtesy car as didn't expect my car to be in for so long. Wasn't kept updated on when the repair would be progressed, only that Ocean were waiting on BMW to approve the way forward .

It would have been 5 star had I not had a telephone call at 5:30 asking if I wanted the service done, as it was due, when it had already been sanctioned and completed.

The process to get my car on finance was fantastic and arranged brilliantly my salesman was Tony Graham and I cannot fault how fantastic he was and how he got me the right car without no issues.
My sales executive Adrian Rundle who I have dealt with in the past, was very professional and informative throughout the buying process, and going through the whole of my new car when we collected it.

Video of work done sent to me. Work completed quickly. I was able to collect the car earlier than expected.
The service team were efficient and apologetic, but couldnt move things along any faster, which resulted me running late for work.

Phoning in to Ocean seems to go via a call centre which makes finding a particular person difficult as the staff appear to be on a different site.
Defect diagnosis and resolution is ongoing.
Upon booking over the phone, was informed that my booking time was 08:00 on a Saturday. Upon arrival at Ocean Plymouth, I find the premises deserted and at 08:20 a member of the team arrives to state that they only open from 08:30.*

The welcome, the showroom and the salesperson were all spot on. In particular, Gary Smith (salesperson) blended expertise, patience and personal attention in just the right mix.
As ever Matt Harry has gone above and beyond to ensure that i am kept in the loop on new developments within the company. In doing so, it is only a natural part of the sales loop that his information and attention to detail resulted in a new car!
