The service and MOT check were all done as required, and the service staff were able to provide a loan car at short notice.
Work was completed in the specified time and I was called and sent a video to let me know what had been done. I also got a paperwork summary with results of the checks.
In light of another lock down I was impressed that my MOT and service could still go ahead. I was happy with the price paid.
