Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. The service Martin Bloomfield was very helpful in explaining what the cause of the issue with the car was. The service manager Stefan May was helpful and understanding with the issue also.
My car was recalled and Martin explained exactly what was going to happen. Lovely to get a wash and vacuum as a bonus.
All points raised were addressed and when it was pointed out that alloy wheels were in need of attention, the decision was made to provide replacements without hesitation.

My 2 year old car had a starter problem. The service department (Mike Piper) addressed my concerns quickly, effectively and efficiently concluding with a very satisfactory outcome. The loan car was much appreciated whilst the repair was being done.
Everything was fully explained and the questions I had - specifically about service plan - were swiftly addressed and sorted.

I was a little disappointed that I was unable to have the MOT at the same time as other issues with the car were being resolved, necessitating 2 journeys to the garage in quick succession. However, staff were very helpful.
