Peace of mind
As above, I was kept waiting for three hours to solve a problem that your technician created. You charge your labour out at £120+ an hour yet I was left feeling like my time was worthless.
Your staff helped me by ensuring the work was completed in good time as I had an unexpected appointment elsewhere.
As above plus professional courteous staff.

Phoning in to Ocean seems to go via a call centre which makes finding a particular person difficult as the staff appear to be on a different site.
Defect diagnosis and resolution is ongoing.
Upon booking over the phone, was informed that my booking time was 08:00 on a Saturday. Upon arrival at Ocean Plymouth, I find the premises deserted and at 08:20 a member of the team arrives to state that they only open from 08:30.*
Professional, helpful and efficient service
Fully explained the service to me and delivered what I had been told.
The recall and health check were carried out quickly and thoroughly and I was given a courtesy car for the day. I received a call during the check to advise me that the rear brake pads were wearing, so they were replaced at the same time.
Adrian knows what I want and always helps me set up the cars.
Because of the above and my wifes mini has been in for warranty work also and work carried out twice had to be re done as not done properly in first place.This was at Ocean
I was told the service would take around 90 minutes. On returning to the garage after an hour, the mechanic was only just moving car to commence work. It ended up taking 2 hours. You were unable to complete the service due to lack of spares.
nothing too much trouble
My car was serviced but lacked the usual information/feedback i.e. did not receive a visual inspection video nor did I receive any check sheets advising on things like tyre wear, brake pad wear. Always had this in the past but just had the bill!
Value for money and attentive staff.
Now, while every aspect is carried out as necessary, it just seems a bit more off hand. It doesn't give the impression anymore that you as the customer are special. Maybe its as I only have a 5 year old Series 1, I'd like to think not.

On the first occasion, whilst trying to find the cause of the REM fault on the car, it was returned to me with damage to the rear bumper. However, this was duly repaired on the second occasion it was sent back with continuing REM problems.
I had a phone call to say they was short on courtesy cars and that day I had work The service manager was happy to pay for a taxi to get me to work and pick me up from work when I finished which I thought was very helpful taxi was on time as well
Very efficient and excellent service.
A little disappointed with the quality of my service had to have 4 new tyres fitted as stated on my MOT which was done by a national tyre company. they found my steering geometry was way out having been checked by Ocean on the service 2 days before.
i had to replace the front tyres (run flat) on the car at about 12000 miles - not because they were worn evenly across but because the outer shoulder was completely worn away about 1inch across of tread. The rest of the tyre still had about 2.5mm.
Besides looking after me and the car, they were very considerate that the experience should proceed without too much inconvenience to me and friends because of the un fortunate fact that I had to go to a funeral service.
Good but service not quite as good as normal - not as friendly, less helpful when it comes to choosing dates/times.
Waited over a week when could not use car and then after fault fixed the same engine management red alert came back and now waiting to 18th Dec before it can go in again. I gave dealer a AA report on engine fault but dont think anyone read it.
I was well informed on what was done and items that were used for servicing.
I waited for the service and they delivered it back to me in time even though I had new brake pads fitted
Do to what must have been a misunderstanding the work package I was expecting was not completed.
Good customer service/ front of house, however I was surprised there was a dirt mark left on the cream leather of the car interior when it was returned to me after service and complimentary wash and vacuum of the car.
I found the whole experience totally chaotic, confused and extremally unprofessional. My initial call handled amateurish, I had to follow up and told 3 different service requirements, not offered curtesy car. no report, video, follow up, apology.

From the initial contact by Ocean BMW to remind me the service & MOT was due to returnig my car after the service etc. excellent but a little expensive.

A Service Manager that tells me heavy braking will sort out my brakes.An attempt to sell ad-blue at 250% more than any supermarket.
Car was serviced and cleaned, also sorted out getting it to the body shop for an annual check up. Loan car was very good too from the body shop.

This question is essentially answered above; will add here that we have been very favourably impressed overall by Ocean Plymouth. The showroom and waiting areas are excellent. The staff are patient and helpful and clearly committed to promoting BMW.
Service reception was very busy when I arrived, consequently my car was a little late being checked in. It was in for it's first service and Ocean wanted to also fit an item which was the subject of a recall, which I had not previously been informed
Good friendly service
I aske for a winter check. However had tyre warning that tyres required inflating- about a week later. This was done but I had assumed it would have been checked at the service.

Still have 2x faults that car went in for.Boot does not always open . ( now on video ).Brakes still grinding and scrapping.Was told nothing found???

Staff polite and helpful. Service cost was actually cheaper than quoted, which instills confidence in their honesty.
The standard of workmanship and the care taken were excellent. The service team were less proactive than usual in keeping me informed about progress.

I would have scored you five stars, but I was disappointed to be told that I am no longer able to fold my door mirrors in, with my key, when locking my car, nor can I take down the sun roof when I open the car (again using my key).
The service was very expensive given that it was completed in around just one hour or less, and almost excluseively comprised of simple observations.
The people at Ocean Plymouth have been great as regards to 5 yrs of servicing my car.

The only downside was having to drive from St Albans to Plymouth and back to collect and part exchange but other than that the dealer could not be faulted

Overall very good. One complaint is that there is too much time spent on additional products, namely insurance related, tyres, GAP, etc. While it may be a legal requirement to have to sign that you have received the information, it is not needed
