Quick and efficient
The usual faultless attention. Only one problem after the service and M.O.T was the windscreen washer did not work the following day.
I would have scored you five stars, but I was disappointed to be told that I am no longer able to fold my door mirrors in, with my key, when locking my car, nor can I take down the sun roof when I open the car (again using my key).
The service was very expensive given that it was completed in around just one hour or less, and almost excluseively comprised of simple observations.
The people at Ocean Plymouth have been great as regards to 5 yrs of servicing my car.

This was a warranty issue and it was a no quibble issue and was resolved very easily and very satisfactorily.
The warranty work was carried out successfully and the courtesy car was ok but windscreen was very dirty. I was also offered free clean for my car, which wasn't done and I actually got it back dirtier than I left it.
Communciation could have been better re collection and the "reason" why the car wasn't valeted. Add to that the fact the a lighting warning indicator was on when I collected the car after service, causing a further delay, gives a poor impression.

The team were able to deal with all of my concerns regarding a malfunction warning light and even managed to fix the problem for me at no cost.
Two new rear tyres fitted, but when I got home I discovered the dust caps were not put back on. No big issue but a little annoyance on otherwise a good service.
The same service as always nothing to much trouble everything sorted in a moment.

Your staff are the face of BMW Plymouth and most of your staff are friendly and helpful. ALL customers through the doors should be treated equally regardless of wether they purchase new or used vehicles.
Overall I was very satisfied but I have a concern regarding the front parking sensors which I mentioned before the service and it was looked at by someone and the report was, no fault could be found but I am not convinced.

Everything was arranged around my requirements and for my convenience. First class.
Overall very good. One complaint is that there is too much time spent on additional products, namely insurance related, tyres, GAP, etc. While it may be a legal requirement to have to sign that you have received the information, it is not needed
