Service Booking Centre Advisor

Ocean Group is continuing to grow and expand and we are now looking to develop our
existing Service Booking Centre Team. We have various shifts available for the right people.
Are you ready for this challenge? The successful applicants will have exceptional customer
service experience and be driven to reach personal and team targets. You will be able to
demonstrate a confident telephone manner and have excellent communication and selling
skills. Some experience in a Service Centre would be advantageous.
As the first point of contact for our customers you will be responsible for generating inbound
and outbound workshop bookings for our sites in Devon and Cornwall. A generous bonus
and commission structure is available for the right people. Will include some Saturday work.
