We are looking for a Service Advisor at Ocean Plymouth to provide exceptional customer service, both face-to face and over the telephone. To provide a fast, efficient service to all personnel and customers and to carry out a wide range of duties to enable the Service Department to run effectively.
The main purpose of this role is to:
- Administer customer work and ensure expectations are consistently met on a daily basis.
- Maintain and report to your line manager an accurate view of your individual work in progress
- Provide an exceptional level of customer care to ensure complete satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills are a necessity to the role to ensure your customers and colleagues are fully updated at all times. This is a fast-paced role and prioritisation skills and excellent time-management are essential to the position. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in similar role within the motor industry.
