A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Service Department at Ocean Plymouth, and we are inviting applications from professional individuals with a proven successful track record in a supervisory capacity within a busy Service operation.

 

Prestige Franchise experience and competence within ADP Autoline (Kerridge) and Microsoft Office applications would be preferred and previous experience with BMW & MINI would be a distinct advantage.

 

The successful applicant would need to demonstrate a positive attitude to work, and we are looking for someone to help drive the business forward, who is eager to put in the hours to ensure the company succeeds and is capable of demonstrating the ability to meet performance objectives, but with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our tyre business, assisting with advising customers on Technical queries with their vehicles, and have the ability to help on Service Reception as required. You will also assist and deputise for our Workshop Controller in ensuring a smooth throughput of vehicles through both our main Workshop and our PDI centre on a day to day basis. You will need to possess a good technical understanding along with excellent customer handling skills and the ability to work to the highest standards at all times.
