Paid to have Vehicle health Check after a Couple of warning lightts appeared.Picked up the car having being told that car ok now replaced offside rear stop lamp.1 week later same problem again. fixed myself by cleaning contacts and replacing lamp

I was initially told by a customer service rep the problem was caused by corrosion between the wheel and hub. I was told it needed cleaning and lubricating. When l told the rep Ocean BMW was the last garage to remove the wheel l was a different story
First service, wind screen washer needed filling and this was done for me without asking. All washed and hovered.
The service staff are fantastic. They do everything they can to achieve my requests, often at very short notice. But as importantly they let me know if I am asking for the impossible. Either way I always feel they have done everything they can.
Staff were excellent, talked and explained everything through that was being done.

Loved the text I received with the free health check video showing me what my car was like. Puts trust back into garages instead of feeling like you are being ripped off. Only thing I would change would be a free complimentary car wash for customers
Simple but serious problem (driving dangerous and illegal) sorted out same day without fuss.
Car was in for a factory recall but they persuaded me to have an interim safety check. However when they saw the condition of the car and the low mileage they cancelled it, they could have charged me and I would never have known - good integrity.

The young lady at Reception could not have been more helpful both when I arrived and departed. She had a very helpful list of questions followed by advice as to what the Service would cover and why. She was a credit to OP.
Firstly I was quoted fot 2 rear tyres that would need replacing in the near future. I advised that I would let them know. Followed my instructions & did NOT fit new tyres but I was charged for them !
car to Ocean Plymouth in Aug 2017 with a noisy wheel bearing on the offside front, told the noise was due to worn tyres. replaced the tyres and the noise got worse. New wheel bearing fitted Jan 2018 noise gone. Car unsafe for 5 months.

Friendly feedback: I fully appreciate the safety implications, but on the cars return, the driver had moved the drivers seat and steering wheel in every direction possible , after I had politely asked for minimum essential moves only, disappointing.
Would have given 5. Star but I was left to find my car after the paperwork was completed which proved a bit difficult. Otherwise everything very good

I was happy with the early drop off, late pick up and courtesy car arrangements. They also washed and hoovered it for me.
A health check was also carried out on my vehicle and relayed to me over the phone. .My experience of the visit was that the service was carried out professionally, effectively and efficiently.by all staff.

They have brought up replacement items before they need replacing, then highlight them again as a recommendation .
My son left his expensive sunglasses in the car when he left it at the garage. After he arrived home post the service he found the sunglasses were missing. He contacted Ocean straight away but they said no one had removed them from the car. Not happy

Because all the staff I've dealt with bent over backwards to help at ocean Plymouth,and when I went to vospers to enquire about a focus they didn't seem that bothered about selling me one.

Had the BMW centre properly remembered the terms of my part exchange deal at the time of handover I would have given them a higher rating than 3 stars.When ordered they confirmed PX deal by e mail but seemed surprised at my wish to PX at handover

it got dropped off so not really applicable. It was dirty when it arrived however Matthew at Ocean plymouth very kindly offered to cover the cost of cleaning it up to £50 which was appreciated.
