Cost of service
The service was completed in a detailed manner in the time scale given
If the work which was done does not solve our problem then the cost will be over £1000 to fix it again. This is horrifying and therefore we are praying what the team did will work permanantly.
Not a 5 as when I booked the car in I was informed the car would only take one and a half hours. However when I arrived on the day of the service I was told it would be longer, which did impact on my work arrangements for the day.
Car was fixed and washed within 24 hours
Polite and helpful staff. Good communication, no pressure selling. Was given a vehicle health check but this would have been a better service if they also ran a diagnostics check on the vehicle as well as a visual check.
On arriving we were asked if we would like a complimentary clean. When we picked up the car the exterior of the car hadn't been cleaned properly as there was still bird poo on the car. Was a bit of a let down if I am honest.
As above. There was extra work required but it was dealt with efficiently, in addition the cost was reasonable. All the staff we met were friendly and polite.
I booked the service in on a while you wait and was told it would take about 90 minutes, however it took about 2 and half hours, If I had known this in advance I would never have booked it on a while you wait, and will never use that service again.
The only thing to let you down was the state of the inside of the hire car
A promised phone call with the tyre size details never happened until l called bmw to request the info. When I collected my car I wasn't told about a identified battery issue. I found out about this by chance.
Very friendly staff. Kept me updated at every stage. Ensured I was happy throughout. Interested in me as a person. No hassle. Great experience.

Our visit Ocean Plymouth was unscheduled & due to the adblue warning coming on during our journey from Scotland to Plymouth to visit a sick parent. We were seen to right away & advised that the car would be ready withing 45 mins which it duly was.
Service team did everything I expected
Particularly Rachel Lynn, she is excellent customer care, a real asset to the dealership I should think. John Macquaid....sales is also a good representative for the brand.
They did it in a timely manner and communicated well with me. I couldn't fault them.

The service and the staff were excellent but the courtesy car was dirty and had no fuel. This was the first time I have had to pay for a courtesy car and was very disappointed.
Was told the car needed a service without me contacting dealer.Told an accurate price.Completed in less time than told.100% satisfaction.
Prices charged for parts used in service had extortionate levels of price mark up, although labour charges seemed reasonably fair.
Dave Brighton told me the service would be free as part of the service pack purchased when the car was sold from new. He kept me informed of progress and time and offered a complimentary wash and valet. It felt like I was driving a brand new BMW home

Other than my cars interior being covered in muddy boot marks, it was all good.
Non availability of replacement tyres caused a delay in their fitting.

A good friendly service, however was let down by the vehicle not being Valeted as promised which was disappointing. Cars shouldn't be booked in for a service so late in the day (3.30pm) that they are unable to complete the full package,
You always have the impression that you are important to them. This engenders a feeling of reciprocity which goes a long way in ones decision making regarding cars and their servicing.

Fitted in at short notice and polite and efficient service
no pressure to buy experienced in my purchases of BMW cars, in the past and present and trade in presented no problems.
Generally the system seems well organised

Very helpful advisor, however initial additional instructions did not appear to be carried out.

No confidence in assessment of brake life. previous visit told front breaks need replacing although been changed 6 months before. A recheck confirmed them good. latest visit told rear breaks need changing but digital display in car show long life

Made a few changes, from 1 series to 3 series and then from saloon to estate. Some others may have got annoyed, I won't say nothing was too much trouble, but I was made to feel special and comfortable with my requested changes.
