Friendly feedback: I fully appreciate the safety implications, but on the cars return, the driver had moved the drivers seat and steering wheel in every direction possible , after I had politely asked for minimum essential moves only, disappointing.

Would have given 5. Star but I was left to find my car after the paperwork was completed which proved a bit difficult. Otherwise everything very good

I was happy with the early drop off, late pick up and courtesy car arrangements. They also washed and hoovered it for me.
A health check was also carried out on my vehicle and relayed to me over the phone. .My experience of the visit was that the service was carried out professionally, effectively and efficiently.by all staff.

Very good service but quite expensive
My son left his expensive sunglasses in the car when he left it at the garage. After he arrived home post the service he found the sunglasses were missing. He contacted Ocean straight away but they said no one had removed them from the car. Not happy
They have brought up replacement items before they need replacing, then highlight them again as a recommendation .

I was advised that I needed two new rear tyres on my first MOT when one was 2 days old and one was 2 months old. I was then advised the technician had mixed my vehicle up with someone else's which I did not expect that from a BMW technician
Car went in, problem identified and fixed very rapidly to ensure we could pick up the car for the school run, excellent job and car running fine now.
All tasks were completed on time , with minimal fuss.

I sent my car for brake pads renewal and was told a time to collect but waited around for hours I had to cancel a work shift I was also told the car would have a courtesy clean but this didn't happen the gentleman on the desk did take £20 off

Would have been higher, but the mechanic who carried out the work missed a warning that the brake fluid needed changing. This was done during a separate visit at a reduced price to compensate for the inconvenience.

The service and additional items I had requested were carried out satisfactorily. Our first contact at Ocean Plymouth on arrival was not particularly helpful but later "Ali" contacted us by 'phone and her assistance was invaluable.
Attentive service from initial enquiry of losing tyre pressure to arriving at Ocean. Friendly staff, good coffee and a relaxing waiting area. Impressed that the problem with the tyre was shown to me on the iPad. Tyre change did take a long time.

The customer service assistant was very helpful & pleasant. The work appears to have been carried out well, & the car was presented to me in a very clean condition.
David our service advisor made the process easy of Fitting the car in for repair and sorting out a car to drop me off Home whilst work was carried out.
I would have thought a more neutral or positive approach would have been better until the cause of the problem had been ascertained. I left somewhat upset feeling that for the first time in perhaps 5 BMWs that Ocean were not on my side!

Very professional treatment and attitude of staff.
The car was serviced and mot'd satisfactorily. Some minor faults were identified and communicated to me with costs to repair and timescales. I was able to make an informed decision on whether to have the work done or not.
The people in the dealership are polite and attentive, and very customer-focussed. In my experience, this doesn't always happen when I had to visit other manufacturers/dealerships.

it got dropped off so not really applicable. It was dirty when it arrived however Matthew at Ocean plymouth very kindly offered to cover the cost of cleaning it up to £50 which was appreciated.

they kept in regular email and phone contact every step of the way, they delivered the car to me. Only downside was wanted car delivered on a flatbed so that the miles were not added but this was not possible. Delivery driver was informative.

My initial collection date could not be accommodated. However, the hand over was swift and easy.
It was wet and cold on the day of delivery. However my car was in the showroom, shining under the spotlights, with a large 'do not touch' sign. Good coffee during paperwork, a thorough handover, then open the glass doors and away - excellent.
