Efficient and smooth
I have three bmw cars over 21 years and mainly used ocean for servicing.0n every visit stafff have been cooperative friendly and helpful.
Experience with front desk Rachel excellent experience with man from service centre poor informed me that I needed new brakes and discs then told me price was more that quoted when I questioned him he told me I didnt need brakes! Lost all confidence

The service was good however it was let down by the pick / up drop off service collecting me over an hour late and resulting in a reschedule of my day for no reason. A discount was provided to the service cost which was appreciated.
STAFF TREATED US POLITELY ALTHOUGHTHE 2 NEW TYRES I HAD TO BUY CAME AS A BIT OF A SHOCK
MOT retest for a simple tyre fail took 65 minutes. I had been informed the retest would be quick. I changed my original time for the retest ( BMW request ) thinking the process would not take long and ended up missing an important appointment.

If you checked your records you would have seen that I did not have a service as it could not be done until August. I only had a MOT. A little bit disappointed that both could not be done on the same day.

It is not the service quality I am used to receiving and the pick up fee was not expected. When I bought my vehicle, I was told these would be courtesy pick-up's. That said, I had things to do in Marsh Mills anyway and it only took an hour.
The service part of the experience was excellent. I was concerned with what happened leading up to the work being carried out. My car's computer was seemingly at fault with which brakes were faulty. It led to a worrying few days.
Good customers service. Everything was explained in a clear manner, with little jargon. Reasonable price for the work carried out comparable with most main dealerships. Good follow-up and explanation of the recall work. I liked video check.
Service was excellent as always, a courtesy car was arranged and my car came back repaired and very clean and sparkly.

A little disappointed that my car wasnt washed or hoovered as promised, we collected the car later in the day to give BMW time to clean our car but it still wasnt done. The onboard service computer hadnt been reset when the car was collected.
Staff were helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Five star service for mechanics & general staff.
I found the services at check in and collect to be disorganised both times. Admittedly it was a busy day as I was told I was one of 50 to 60 cars in that day and as such I felt like a number with very diluted service. Simple things, No queuing system

I would have given completely satisfied had they not dented the bodywork during their care. I should add Ocean owned up and rectified the situation to my satisfaction and were extremely apologetic. Accidents happen and they handled the situation well

In terms of service and staff engagement, I cannot fault the company. The only reason I have give a satisfaction score of 4 rather than 5 is the high cost of the repair bill, at almost £2000, with no breakdown.

The service itself was good, but my tyres were over inflated during the service and I have had to adjust the pressure twice since.
The staff are polite and knowledgeable and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them. It is genuinely a pleasure doing business here.

Took a little bit of persuasion to look at the simple solution first.

The service and staff were excellent. They fitted new BMW windscreen wipers to my 330d Touring as the old ones juddered and left wet marks. The new ones do a better job but still are noisy when wiping and judder on dry patches.

The BMW centre were very helpful indeed, the salesman was great (albeit sometimes slow to respond to emails). Only negative was upon picking my vehicle up it was parked around the back of the centre blocked in by other vehicles
Matthew Harry was excellent in every way and had a great knowledge of the brand and prompt e mail replies, the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! Scott Evans did the handover. Lacked the experience of Matthew, tried hard but only average.
I cannot fault Gary, he answered all my questions, made sure I got the deal I wanted to suit me. As I have said, there was no hard sell, he let me buy the car not sell it to me. On hand over he went through everything about the car.
